Junse (Key money deposit)
Key money is deposited to the owner for the term of the lease. This deposit is returned at the expiration of the contract. Contract period is 2 years on average.
Wolse (deposit + monthly payment)
An appointed amount of money is deposited for the term of the lease. Monthly rent is also paid to the owner. The deposit is returned to the tenant at the expiration of the contract. Contract period is 2 years on average.

It is necessary for you to report your new address at the district office's public service or the immigration office.
Take your alien registration card along with your lease contract to the registry office of the competent court for "a fixed date".
Acquiring a fixed date enables you to obtain reimbursement before anyone else in the case of when rented houses are sold off due to the auction or the disposition of delinquency.
