Ulsan Nam-gu (Mayor Dong-wook Seo) held the Eoullim Complex Center construction design contract groundbreaking briefing session in the mayor’s office on the 17th.

The groundbreaking briefing session hosted by Nam-gu mayor Dong-wook Seo was participated by related public workers and construction design experts to discuss the direction of designing the Eoullim Complex Center in Ok-dong.

The Eoullim Complex Center is planned to be created as a community vitalization base for urban regeneration and livelihood convenience to residents, with plans to be completed by late 2026 by spending a total of KRW 16 billion.

The target land for the project is located at 145-16 Ok-dong, where the Ok-dong Administration Welfare Center, youth support facilities, and Urban Regeneration Center, etc. will be constructed in an area of 2,720 ㎡.

Nam-gu mayor Dong-wook Seo commented that “As the Eoullim Complex Center is being carried out as part of the Ok-dong urban regeneration project, it is expected to play an important role in both enhancing the convenience of residents and vitalizing urban regeneration”, and “We will try our best to reflect residents’ opinions during the design process for it to become a space that can be used by all residents together.”
